Pass box is the device of clean room partition wall. Its function is to convey items from clean room indoor and outdoor buffer, pervent the items delivery due to the opening of the door destroyed the cleanroom airflow and chamber pressure, reduce the times of staff walk in and out, prevent external dust entering, with two-door interlock in order to prevent cross contamination.
