Product Description

     Epoxy resin is an oven-cured mixture of epoxy resin, silica, a hardener and filler materials. This solid laboratory countertop material has been a popular choice in laboratories for decades. This popularity is no surprise. Epoxy resin countertops are attractive, durable and reasonably priced. Our countertops and curbs are molded from a modified epoxy resin that has been especially compounded and cured to provide optimum physical and chemical resistance required for a heavy duty laboratory working surface.

    This is usually used in all kinds of laboratory ,such like pharmacy laboratory ,physical laboraotry ,cleanroom laboraotry ,university laboratory and so on.We are also specialized in the laboratory engineering

Surfaces

Selection Design Guide:
1. Flat – Maximum worksurface space with the greatest configurational flexibility.
2. ClassicTop – 1/8” machined bevel or 1/4” machined radius edge
3. Contoura – Integrally molded 1/2” top edge radius and 1-1/2” exposed corner radius (not
suitable for every application).
4. Should maintain a 1” overhang on all sides to clear casework corners.
5. Marine – Worksurface with a 1/4” raised liquid containment rim (eliminating the need for drip
grooves).
6. ClassicTop Marine – Dished worksurfaces with a 1/8” machined bevel or a 1/4” machined
radius are available.

Epoxy Resin Specification Information

Chemical Resistance

Epoxy Resin is highly resistant to the normally used laboratory acids, solvents, alkalies and alcohol.

Fire Resistance

Epoxy resin is self-extinguishing, in accordance with ASTM-Method D-635. Epoxy resin for years was the standard in most laboratory environments because of its high heat resistance.

Cleaning & Care

Do not use abrasives to clean epoxy resin countertops. Abrasives cleaners or scrubbing pads will dull the surface of the countertops. For daily use, be sure to wipe up all spills and leaks immediately with a rag or towels. Chamois cloth is a great option as it’s both highly absorbent and gentle to the surface.
