Product Description
Fume hood is a very important part of ventilation system in laboratory. Laboratory should have a good ventilation environment to keep experimenters away from inhaling or swallowing hazardous gases, smoke, dust, mist and particulate matters or organisms etc. Fume hood is designed for removing these hazardous matters from laboratory.
 

Shell: made of 1.0mm cold rolled steel, with electrolytic degreasing, pickling and phosphating, then electrostatic spraying with Akzo Nobel professional epoxy resin powder, coating thickness 0.07~0.09mm, has good performance of acid and alkali resistance and anti-corrosion.

Inner shell: made of 5mm laboratory professional phenolic compact laminate, with good acid and alkali resistance and anti-corrosion performance. Water tap inside, air tap is optional. Deflector on the back board, lighting device and gas collecting device on the top.

Operation worktop: made of 15mm or 19mm epoxy resin, with water-blocking edge to prevent water overflow. Worktop is water proof, with good acid and alkali resistance and anti-corrosion performance and heat resistance up to 600℃.

Air deflector: made of 5mm phenolic compact laminate, with good acid and alkali resistance and anti-corrosion performance. Mounted on the upside of the back inside, make sure gases exhausted equably. Air deflector boards mounted in chamber with clips, easy assemble or disassemble.

Air collect hood: PP material, with excellent anti-corrosion performance, square inlet on the bottom, round outlet on the top.
 

Lighting: 30W fluorescent lamp, water-proofing, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation.

Sliding window: vertical mobile sliding window, can be stopped anywhere on the sliding range.

Window glass: 5mm temper glass, strong and with good buckling resistance performance, and no sharp fragments after fragmenting.

Window frame: aluminium alloy frame, glass embedded and fully covered by the frame, ensure safety.

Widow hanging rope: synchronous belt design, accurate transmission, small acting force to the roller, compact structure, good performance of oil proof, wear proof and anti-aging.

Control plate: LCD control plate, with control buttons include power switch, lighting, draught fan and indicator lights, equipment’s running conditions can be easily monitored on the control plate.

Power: power control box is made of 1.0mm cold rolled steel, with electrolytic degreasing, pickling and phosphating, then electrostatic spraying with Akzo Nobel professional epoxy resin powder, coating thickness 0.07~0.09mm, has good performance of acid and alkali resistance and anti-corrosion. Standard power voltage is 220V and 380V or customized.

Socket: Every fume hood with 3 pcs 220V one port socket (customized available).

Cabinet Base: made of 1.0mm cold rolled steel, with electrolytic degreasing, pickling and phosphating, then electrostatic spraying with Akzo Nobel professional epoxy resin powder, coating thickness 0.07~0.09mm, has good performance of acid and alkali resistance and anti-corrosion. Doors are dual layers structure filled with deadening and supported by steel rod.

Handle: Lab dedicated alloy handle, anti-corrosion.

Hinge: Lab dedicated stainless hinge, ant-corrosion.

Water sink: PP cup sink, anti-corrosion and with filtering and smelly-odor block, PP water trap for anti-siphon.

Water tap: with wall type remote control valve, tap material is copper with epoxy resin coating, anti-corrosion and heat resistant.

Air tap: with wall type remote control valve, tap material is copper with epoxy resin coating, anti-corrosion and heat resistant. (optional)
