Ventilation cabinet (fume hood) is an important part of the laboratory equipment, it is a kind of effective local ventilation. Ventilation cabinet can make experiment operator and  other workers in laboratory away from the toxic gases, chemical reagents in the laboratory environment infringement, in ensuring the safety of the lab environment and overall functional play a vital role.

Product description

1. Combined cabinet, upper smoke exhaust cabinet, middle operating table, lower bottom cabinet with independent water, electricity and gas pipeline system, three-stage diversion design, no dead Angle for exhaust, can effectively remove toxic gas.

2. Cabinet body: outside the upper cabinet, the frame is made of cold rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.0mm. 5. Flow guide board and inner lining board: 4mm anti-bette chemical laminated board and three-stage air guide are adopted to solve the gas eddy phenomenon in the cabinet and discharge gas of different densities more effectively;

6. Power distribution assembly: air leakage switch, microcomputer integrated circuit board, ac contactor secondary control circuit. Control electrical box, installed in the lower cabinet, convenient maintenance.

7. Control panel: touch and intelligent control panel. Adjust the air discharge and air supply, or connect the frequency converter; Control lighting, socket.

8. Lighting: adopt full-cover lamp holder design (with cooling hole), built-in 1*30W purification lamp, luminosity 300LUX, hidden under the guide plate, easy maintenance.

9. Window: adopt 5mm float toughened glass, high transparency, explosion-proof, the window frame is connected by aluminum alloy profile with the surface treated by epoxy powder electrostatic spraying, which is wear-resistant, light and slippery, effectively solving the traditional phenomenon of stuck, and can stay at will.

11. Inside access door: acid and alkali resistant PP sealing tape is adopted, with access window for easy maintenance.
